Chillers Monthly Routine work Operation and Maintenance

Check and Record

1. Oil filter cleaning oil pump function and current

2. Purge Unit filter cleaning. For under pressure refrigerants

3. Check: Relief Valves, rupture discs for leaks

4. Test: Operation and safety cutouts, automatic controls and
automatic devices for correct operation

5. Test: all gauges for correct reading – calibrate if necessary

6. Visually inspect capillary tubes for pinching or damage for
thermostat and pressure switches

Lubricate: as recommended by Manufacturer

1. Vane Linkage

2. Motor Assembly

3. Air compressor if there is pneumatic control

4. Inspect and clean the electrical panels and electrical connections

5. Top-up thermometer pockets with oil
