Ministry of Health, State of Kuwait is accepting the Vaccination Documents issued abroad to be registered and validated by Public Health Department, so that it will enable all those vaccinated abroad (with Covid 19 Vaccines approved by Ministry of Health, Kuwait) upon approval, Register in Immune-مناعة APP and enjoy the same benefits /privileges as those who are vaccinated within the state of Kuwait.
Steps to Register:
Click the link or copy the link onto a browser and open for registration: https://vaxcert.moh.gov.kw/SPCMS/PH/CVD_19_Vaccine_External_Registration.aspx
Enter the Civil id Issued by Kuwait for Citizens and Residents, and an active email address which may be confirmed by re-entering in “Confirm email” Field.
Submit the Send Verification code. You will now receive an One time Verification code via Email to the Email address entered.
Please enter this Verification code in the code Verification page.
Upon validation you will be allowed access to registration page where you will fill the demographic details, Mobile Number.
Fill in the field (name in English) as it is in the passport.
Please select the vaccination dose to be recorded(First,Second,First and Second).
Choose (first dose) if you have a vaccination certificate from outside Kuwait that contains data for the first dose only.
Choose (the second dose) if you have a vaccination certificate from outside Kuwait that contains data for the second dose only.
Choose (first and second doses) if you have a vaccination certificate from outside Kuwait with data for the first and second doses.
Enter dose date .
Choose the type of vaccination from the drop-down list .
Choose a place or country from the dropdown list .
Enter the batch number – mentioned on the vaccination certificate (optional) .
Upload the vaccine document issued by the appropriate authority of the Country from which you got Vaccinated. This document Should be a Pdf document of size less than 500 KB.
The vaccination certificate or document must contain a QR code .
Agree to the declaration at the bottom of the page .
Once you are sure that all information entered is correct and have checked the declaration confirming that all information registered is correct Please submit for further processing. It will take three working days for the Public Health Department to verify and send the status of Approval of submitted Document and related information.
If approved, then download our IMMUNE App from Apple’s App store or Google Play store and Register to access vaccination details through Immune App.
Note: In the event that the certificate is accepted and approved for the first dose, you can register again for the second dose and follow the same previous steps, but using the same email used in the first registration.(When choosing a dose, choose only the second dose or two doses)

Benefits of Immune App:
For those who are Vaccinated with One dose, from the 14th day Immune app will display the status as Vaccinated (First dose Only) in “Green” thereby providing free movement to public locations like Theater, Malls etc. For those who are vaccinated with two doses, they will maintain their Green Status post Vaccination.
Those who are Vaccinated with One dose and have not passed 14 days, the status will be Vaccinated (First Dose Only) but in Red. Those who are not Vaccinated their Status will be “Not Vaccinated” in Red.
For those arriving from abroad, if their status is Green, then they will be sent for Home Quarantine. Those who are of Red status will be directed to Institutional Quarantine.

خطوات التسجيل
. انقر على الرابط أو انسخ الرابط على متصفح وافتح للتسجيل:

. أدخل رقم البطاقة المدنية الصادرة عن دولة الكويت للمواطنين والمقيمين، وعنوان بريد إلكتروني نشط و تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني .
. قم بالضغط على زر إرسال رمز التحقق سوف تتلقى رمز التحقق مرة واحدة عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
. إدخال رمز التحقق من خلال صفحة التحقق.
. عند التحقق من رمز التحقق، سيسمح لك بالوصول إلى صفحة التسجيل حيث تملأ التفاصيل الديموغرافية ورقم الهاتف .
. ملئ الحقل (الاسم بالانجليزي) كما هو بجواز السفر.
. إختر جرعة التطعيم المراد تسجيلها.
. اختر (الجرعة الاولى ) إذا كان لديك شهادة تطعيم من خارج الكويت بها بيانات للجرعة الاولى فقط.
. اختر (الجرعة الثانية) إذا كان لديك شهادة تطعيم من خارج الكويت بها بيانات للجرعة ثانية فقط.
. اختر (الجرعة الاولى والثانية ) إذا كان لديك شهادة تطعيم من خارج الكويت بها بيانات الجرعتين الاولى والثانية.
. إدخال تاريخ الجرعة .
. إختر نوع التطعيم من القائمة المنسدلة .
. إختر مكان او دولة من القائمة المنسدلة .
. ادخال رقم الدفعة او الباتش نمبر الموجود بشهادة التطعيم اختياري .
. قم بتحميل وثيقة / شهادة التطعيم الصادرة عن السلطة المختصة في البلد الذي حصلت على التطعيم فيها.و يجب أن يكون هذا المستند بصيغة

بحجم أقل من 500 كيلوبايت.
. للتحقق من صحة البيانات يجب ان تحتوي شهادة التطعيم أو الوثيقة على كيو أر كود .
. الموافقة على الإقرار الموجود اسفل الصفحة .
. بمجرد الانتهاء من إدخال جميع البيانات المطلوبة والتأكد من صحتها قم بإرسالها للتسجيل. سوف يستغرق مراجعة الطلب ثلاثة أيام عمل تقوم من خلالها إدارة الصحة العامة بالتحقق من حالة المعلومات المرسلة والوثيقة المرفقة.
. إذا تمت الموافقة علي الطلب سيصلك إشعار عبر البريد الالكتروني بالموافقة عليه، ثم قم بتنزيل تطبيق مناعة –

وقم بالتسجيل للوصول إلى تفاصيل التطعيم من خلال التطبيق.
ملحوظة : في حالة قبول واعتماد الشهادة للجرعة الأولى يمكنك التسجيل مرة أخرى للجرعة الثانية واتباع نفس الخطوات السابقة ولكن باستخدام نفس البريد الالكتروني المستخدم في التسجيل الاول
وعند اختيار الجرعة تختار فقط الجرعة الثانية او الجرعتين

فوائد استخدام تطبيق مناعة Immune
بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يتم تطعيمهم بجرعة واحدة ومر علي التطعيم 14 يوما ، تكون حالة التطعيم (تم التطعيم – الجرعة الاولي فقط) وتكون حالة التطعيم باللون الاخضر
، بالنسبة لأولئك الذين تم تطعيمهم بجرعتين ، تكون حالة التطعيم (تم التطعيم) وتكون حالة التطعيم باللون الاخضر.
أولئك الذين يتم تطعيمهم بجرعة واحدة ولم يمر 14 يوما ، تكون حالة التطعيم (تم التطعيم – جرعة الأولى فقط) ولكن باللون الأحمر. أيضا أولئك الذين لم يتم تطعيمهم تكون حالة التطعيم هي (لم يتم التطعيم) وتكون الحالة باللون الأحمر.
في حالة وصول المسافر ، إذا كان حالة التطعيم باللون الاخضر ، فسيتم السماح لهم بالحجر الصحي المنزلي. اما اذا كانت باللون الاحمر ، سيتم الخضوع للحجر الصحي المؤسسي.
