Drain cooling tower sump and clean basin 2. Change gearbox oil 3. Clean cooling towers and sump, inspect and repair as necessary: woodwork plastic work, valves, spray nozzles, fans, pipe work and repair any cracks in the basin 4. Paint woodwork if applicable, with suitable preservative 5. Check and adjust fan blade pitch angle of the cooling tower, if applicable 6. Check bearing and change if necessary 7. Remove and clean eliminators and fills 8. Overhaul all valves and lubricate spindles 9. Check bearing bolts, fan anti-vibration mountings, tighten or replace if necessary 10. Inspect, repair or replace as necessary all electrical works 11. Inspect all cooling tower inlet louvers and replace if necessary 12. Clean fan guard and cover; check cover for tightness and paint 13. Paint the cooling tower 14. Inspect fill tile for foreign debris 15. Check motors and starters 16. Check alignment of fan shaft coupling 17. Insulation test for all electrical motors 18. Change screen in basin if necessary Note: The work should also include any other routines recommended by manufacturer في أمان الله
